Shipping with eCigarettes Canada & Canada Post

Shipping is a very important aspect which makes up a large part of the customer satisfaction experience. If an online store has slow shipping, provides no tracking information and does not ship within a specific time period after an order has been placed, then customers are not going to be totally satisfied with their purchase and they will most likely shop elsewhere.

At eCigarettes Canada we pride ourselves on making sure that with every purchase made on our store, we give the customer the following assurances:

We make it a priority to all customers that:

  • We ship orders within 24hrs after an order is placed
  • We provide full tracking via email once an order has been placed

Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays and mail does not move during these times. Cut-off for shipments is 3:00pm. Orders placed after this time will go out the next business day. Also if we are backordered on an item, we will ship as soon as the item arrives to our warehouse.

How do we ship?

All orders placed on our store are shipped out via Canada Post. We use 3 services currently that provide our customers solutions based on the urgency of their order being received on time. All orders placed through our store are trackable via a tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

There are 3 methods to choose from via Canada Post and they are:

  • Expedited Parcel Service
  • Express Post Service
  • Priority Courier Service

Shipping Delivery Standards

From the time your parcel is shipped to the time it arrives at your home, business or nearest Canada Post outlet, Canada Post gives a delivery standard or timeframe as to when your package should arrive. These are approx timeframes and your parcel could arrive before or a little after the timeframe given.

Free Delivery

Orders over $100.00 before taxes will qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Free shipping orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service and customer will have the option at checkout if they would like to upgrade to Canada Post Express Post Service for an additional cost.

Returns

eCigarettes Canada offers a no hassle return policy to all of our customers. Customers can return their order to us for various reasons including:

Defective merchandise (Warranty)

Item is received by customer but does not function as intended. Item is to be returned to eCigarettes Canada and a replacement is sent out. Shipping is covered by eCigarettes Canada. For more information on our 1 year limited warranty on all products, please check out eCigarettes Canada Warranty

Ordered wrong product(s) (Error)

Customer orders wrong product. Customer can return the product and eCigarettes Canada will send out the correct product. Customer will pay shipping charges and also any extra charges in product price differences. If the price difference is in the customers favor, a credit will be issued in reward points to the customers account.

Changed mind (Cancel order)

Customer receives their order but would like to send it back as they no longer want the items ordered. You can send everything back to us and we will process a refund to you minus the shipping charges incurred. Everything must be returned back to us in order to process a refund.

Note: When you need to return an order, please contact us first and we will provide full instructions on how to return your order to us. At certain times, we will require customers to complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and include this with their return. Failure to supply this form with your return can substantially delay your return process and hinder your chances of a smooth return/refund procedure.
