IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE

It is important to note that during this current COVID-19 health crisis, we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. We are also practicing social distancing within the workplace which has slowed the overall processing of orders. Due to the influx in orders, and possible backorder of supplies to fill orders, you may experience delays in the processing of your order. All orders will be upgraded to Express Post to hopefully make up for any delays.

Please also be aware that Canada Post and most couriers are also currently working at 50% staffing and are dealing with Christmas-like mail volume. As a result, these companies are offering no guarantees on shipment dates and are currently experiencing delays as a result. We ask you to please be patient as your order makes its way to you.

Tracking status may say package is still in originating location, however it is very common for packages to not be properly scanned during this time and it may very well be in your location.

Free Delivery

Orders over $100.00 before taxes will qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Free shipping orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.

Returns

eCigarettes Canada offers a no hassle return policy to all of our customers. Customers can return their order to us for various reasons including:

Defective merchandise (Warranty)

Item is received by customer but does not function as intended. Item is to be returned to eCigarettes Canada and a replacement is sent out. Shipping is covered by eCigarettes Canada. For more information on our 1 year limited warranty on all products, please check out eCigarettes Canada Warranty

Ordered wrong product(s) (Error)

Customer orders wrong product. Customer can return the product and eCigarettes Canada will send out the correct product. Customer will pay shipping charges and also any extra charges in product price differences. If the price difference is in the customers favor, a credit will be issued in reward points to the customers account.

Changed mind (Cancel order)

Customer receives their order but would like to send it back as they no longer want the items ordered. You can send everything back to us and we will process a refund to you minus the shipping charges incurred. Everything must be returned back to us in order to process a refund.

Note: When you need to return an order, please contact us first and we will provide full instructions on how to return your order to us. At certain times, we will require customers to complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and include this with their return. Failure to supply this form with your return can substantially delay your return process and hinder your chances of a smooth return/refund procedure.
